True Leaders, Servant Leaders will have the ability to create the need to change and move the team to transition to a different place. Status Quo will be the “Kiss of Death” for small businesses that are struggling to survive. A True Leader will communicate clearly and concisely on why the business needs to change and then be the Change Agent for the team. All teams want a leader to provide direction but it is the essence of the leader that listens to the team, empowers the team and understands when mistakes are made. A true leader does not talk about these values, they exhibit them with their actions.
