As I have gotten older the need to be a Servant Leader has become a very important of my life as a husband, father and corporate leader. This applies to all aspects of our lives. Humility and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable opens our hearts to the need to serve others. If you show kindness and treat others as you would like to be treated you will be shocked at the results!
