This morning I am listening to NY Gov Cuomo. It is interesting to me as we are in the middle of this Covid-19 pandemic who the True Leaders that have stepped up are. I believe that Gov Cuomo is one of those heartfelt leaders that truly cares about the people he is responsible for. Our hospitals are full of leaders, Emergency Responders, those that take care of their neighbors, churches that are delivering meals, food bank volunteers…the list goes on and on. Gov Cuomo asked what does doing the right thing look like? He said it is hard to describe but you know it when you see it. This is the time to be the change in the world we want to see. Overused quote but makes a point. The only one we control is us. Our attitude, willingness to stop and help, to assist local businesses that are struggling businesses by buying gift cards that will give them cash to run their business are only a few ways we can help others. Kindness and compassion is what the world need today. The True Servant Leader has given us the example…what else do we need?
